Graeme Lategan

Graeme is Professional Facilitator, Presenter & Blended Learning Navigator. Primarily from the Public Service and commanding several Key Management positions, with a career wingspan in excess of 38 years has served in the Correctional Services, East London Municipality, Cape Provincial Administration and several Provincial Government Departments. Specialising in Law Enforcement Traffic, Policing and Security, he held among others, positions as Superintendent for East London Traffic Services, Head of Law Enforcement and Training – East London City Police – Deputy Director – Department of Transport – Eastern Cape, Acting District Manager – Eastern Cape Department of Roads &Transport and Senior Manager & Director – of the North West Province in South Africa.

Since 2014, Graeme has owned and operated, GL Training and Consulting and a Registered Training Company – TRAINSKILLS. Graeme has provided training to and developed Training Resources both Face to Face and Online E Learning – Virtual Programs to more than 100 companies in multiple disciplines from Management, Leadership, Supervision to Operations, SCM, Call Centre, Operations, Transport, Logistics, HR General and related Soft Skills. Graeme is considered a Management Expert and a Formidable Leader. Graeme is an accomplished international trainer and facilitator offering a wide range of public and in-house programs with assignments in amongst others Dubai – Botswana – Namibia – Uganda – Kenya etc. Graeme is also a renowned Speaker at events and invited to speak on various platforms – Most Recently the “Forge your Destiny Summit.” He has received the award for Top Research Methodology Student from Southern Business School, the award for presenting the best paper at The National RTMC Conference relating to Monitoring & Managing Performance. Graeme is registered with Professional Body – The South African Board of Peoples Practice as a Master HR Generalist. In 2020 Graeme was awarded the “Trusted Trainer” Accolade from Course Conductor based in the USA after a rigorous assessment of his service abilities and reputation. Graeme is currently hosting a weekly program and conversation feature on YouTube and related Social Media platforms – aptly named – “Ask the Manager” Graeme has various achievement awards in Sports Disciplines such as Body Building and Power-lifting with Champion Status in Karate and Quad Racing and now, resides in Port Elizabeth with his Wife - Charmaine and their many pets.
